“I am currently working as senior manager (law) in a nationalized bank.
My first memory with Nirmalya Trust and Bedarkar madam was during 2006-07, when I took admission in ILS Law College to pursue LLB. During my law education, the Trust helped me a lot specifically with the readers/scribers during examinations. They also taught me to prepare paper bags, gardening and development of communication skills. When I completed my law degree, the Nirmalya Trust helped me to find out the resources through which I could undergo internship.
I am very fortunate to be associated with Nirmalya Trust who enable people with disabilities to be independent and earn a living respectfully. They help them to earn and learn by developing skills of gardening, paper bag making, handicrafts etc. These skills boost the self-esteem of people with disabilities and helps them to earn their livelihood respectfully. I also really appreciate their efforts in spreading computer education and physiotherapy training in rural areas.
I thank Nirmalya Trust for their precious support in my life and education. They have really helped shape my future.”

Mr. Amiya Joshi (Hearing & Speech Impaired): 
“During the year 2017 I was looking for a job but being deaf, it was a real challenge to find a suitable job. Then through my wife, I got in touch with Nirmalya Trust, and eventually they helped me secure a job at Capgemini. I worked there for 3 years. After the pandemic, in 2022-23 Nirmalya Trust themselves offered me a job at their institute for 3 months from December to February. They have been a great support and have been there when needed.”
